load data last field ends in one double quote or double double quote

ok, i am trying to load data infile and not sure how to do this with php or mysql

my last field is surrounded by double quotes; if null, then 2 double quotes in succession

the lines do not end or begin | but all the other field between the first and last are piped in

the first field begins with numbers but no " or |

i am able to get all the info into my table except the last field, which dies at the end of the line, regardless if the field is done or not

in other words, I need something like:

1) line ends with 2 double quotes

2) line ends when a number appears

3) can one make sure a txt (csv) file doesn't cut lines before the line should be cut (!wordwrap)?

any ideas?

2)What type of file do you read

My first ideea is to read your file with php file() function who put ol the lines from your files into an array().

it's actually an email that i take from sendmail as text

right now, i'm just inserting with load data infile, but the problem is that the line ends even though i haven't pulled all the info

so if i can tell php/mysql to take until the second ", i'd be golden

please let me know if you need any more info
