Finaly i got/get enough time to upload 1st part from .project portal on the internet. at the moment, everything you can see there is news section (view, submit,...) beacause i will try to get the most functions out of it.

The reason why i am saying this to you is because i need a beta testers to check if everything works, people with ideas, pros and contras!

You don't have to stay long, just add a comment or two and that's all what i'm asking for.

portal will include those scripts:
- news
- forum
- articles
- weblinks
- files
- users submits
- votings
- shoutbox
- templates/skins
etc. etc...

if possible, do a comment on site of portal.

Little quirks/things that could easily be better:
1) The registration could log you in automatically.
2) The registration/login leads to a redirection via <meta>, but could easily use header(), which is better. (Hey, I made a rhyme..)
3) I pressed "Settings" and it told me I successfully logged out. (And logged me out.)
4) After I was logged out, the "Who is online?" box told me that there was 1 user and 1 guest, but also said "users online: none."
5) Very small bug: you misspelled "logged" on the login redirection site.
6) Login and Redirection links are visible after you've logged in.

Other than that, the project seems to be working pretty well. I like the interface a lot, too.
