I have managed to download ucd-snmp-4.2.3-win32 so that I can use the snmp features of PHP on a windows NT machine.
However after downloading the Zip file from Sourceforge I am unable to figure out exactly what I need to do with it. I.e. where to un-zip it to, any additional changes tht I need to make to various config files.
I have looked in the online php manual but that has only confused me more.
Any help would be appreciated. Also I am quite new to PHP, so it would help if no knowledge was assumed.
