Free SQL 7 client tools? Anyone?

I am working on a project that uses a SQL 7 backend and I have never really worked with sql 7 from my office. I have experience with it but only on workstations with the enterprise system. Now I am working from my office with no enterprise system tools. So my question is this....

Are there any free client tools for SQL 7? I need something like the mysql client or the like to comunicate with this sql 7 server. I know I can use Access to upsize databases but can't seem to get Access to do what I need. (viewing tables, doing inserts, etc)

So if anyone knows of any free client tools I could use I would greatly appreciate some direction on how to get em.

Not sure of any free software but MS Access 2000 allows you to build SQL Server Applications with Micrsoft Access Projects

In Access 2000, Microsoft introduced a new file format with the extension .ADP. Applications created in this format don't use the Jet database engine. Instead, they rely on SQL Server or MSDE for all data storage and retrieval.

Sorry, I've never tried it.
