I'm in the middle of trying to set up a business of some sort. Something to do with selling computer software and hardware online and you can't get very far without a shopping cart system right.

Well most programs out there are over 100 bucks and i don't have that kind of money, so i found a freeware package that helps one set up a cart system for your site. But as i'm a n00b at php i don't get what the heck they're talking about.

I don't have the resources, time and money to spend on shopping carts, but if someone wants a challenge then please try this out

If someone could crack this thing and give me a link proving to me it works then that would be amazing.

But please, someone experienced help me, my family is financially crumbling and a chance at making a business for money is my last resort.

Opening a store with a shopping cart that you don't understand one bit? If you can't spend the $100 to get something with some kind of support you may want to reconsider your buisness plan. Consider this, all it takes is a few bad transactions to put you in over your head.

Maybe consider an ISP that provides shopping cart functionality and support for said cart.

I can make good websites, i could set a whole business site up myself no problem, but i need to have someone capable of giving me the power of setting up a cart system for good amount of money if any that i can use with ease or for someone to do it...

Like for example, if you go to http://www.googlegear.com and you go to their products section, every product has their own "Add to cart" button right... i need to not only have a cart system on my server, but the power to add new buttons to my products having the ability of telling the script how much that product was worth when you get to the check out etc....

I'm desperate for this to happen, but i'm just completely lost and troubled on what to do and i don't know anyone who could help.
