Please Help

I have a table A which has 100 records
and a table B which has 10 records (key is ID)
and the IDs are 2,4,7,10,11,12,15,19,20,22

I would like to dynamically present 10 records from Table A to each individual in table B

so when ID 2 logs in , a page will display records 1-10 of table A
when 7 logs in, a page will display records 21-30 of table A

...
etc

Here's my stab at it:

$id = mysql_query("SELECT ID FROM table_b");
$records = mysql_query("SELECT records FROM table_a");

if ($id == 2) {
echo $records['1'] $records['2'], etc etc
}

That probably won't work but perhaps something along those lines?

onestopjax, I think it is not a very good practice to have a lot of IF constructions in your code in this case. Because, if Youl increase records number in table A or B, then You need to change or to add some of code. On my opinion, it's better to create one more table and keep there results.
For example:
ID from table A | start_record (from table 😎 | stop_record (from table 😎|
2 | 1 | 10|
4 | ... | ... |
7 | 21 | 30 |
............................

P.S. I tried to find mathematical dependence between ID from tables A and B, but .... Maybe You'll find it.
