I am new to php, can anyone give me some hints in my questions?
I would like to ask whether it is possible to use php to create some folders or files on the computer which runing apache??

a quick search for "make directory" in the manual tells us all about them (specifically at the pages http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.dir.php and the one that will be the most use to you, mkdir().
Really is a lot quicker to use the manual than to wait for people to reply on here, even though we are jolly quick.
