Basic server set up

Does anyone know of a great step-by-step how-to guide/Web site for setting up your own Unix server? I'm looking for something that gives me all the software options, instructions, etc. The server would have PHP, MySQL, email, account control panel, the works. Know of anything?

I'm not looking for a tutorial on Web servers. Rather, I'm looking for some kind of list of open-source software options to include on your Web server.

FreeBSD: www.freebsd.org
download and burn two floppies, install via FTP

Mail: built in (Sendmail) or just about any other MTA that exists is in /usr/ports; QMail is quite popular....

MySQL:

#cd /usr/ports/databases/mysql-server (some v number)
#make install clean

Apache:

#cd /usr/ports/www/apache13 (or ./apache2)
#make install clean

PHP:
#cd /usr/ports/www/mod_php4
#make install clean

Control Panel: we don't need no steenking control panel...

However, if you've gotta have one, Webmin is in /usr/ports/something.or.other.path
