Max number Characters a Txtbox can hold

Hi. I am trying to put like 2,500 or more email addresses in a txtbox and it appears that about 500 of them are spilling out of the text box and onto the page and therefore stretching out my table and causing all sorts of problems.

This doesnt happen with smaller amounts like a few hundred email addresses, so i assume its becasue the textbox cant hold any more becasue of memory issues or whatever.

Is there a work around for this?

As you're typing, it's literally going out of the text box and changing what's there? Or are you entering information, submitting it, and it's looking different?

No, i'm pulling these email addresses from a database and printing them in there all at once. Its a hidden txt box which is there just to store the addreses for a javascript i have that allows them to copy the whole list to the clipboard by clicking a button.

Is there a " in there, perhaps, or a ', which might be ending the field? Other than that, I can't think of why it would do that. Does everything look fine in the source?

Yes hehe, actually just found the culpret right before i read your post. THere was a ">" in one of the email addresses which screwed up the html.
