One of them is not asking. To be one. Well thats what most forums i goto have.
Another would be belonging for a long period of time and posting things that are appropiate and if needed helpful.

I think that in addition to the wise comments of planetsim, you also have to have an interesting two-syllable screen-name. 🙂 So, none of us on this thread so far qualify... 😃
