adding variables in link

ok I have this link

$arr_page_numbers[] = "<a href=\"" . $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"] . "?page=" . $i . "\">" . $i . "</a>";

now I want to add this variable $str_table_order_field
also in the link? how can I have another varibale?

$arr_page_numbers[] = "<a href=\"" . $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"] . "?" .$str_table_order_field. "&&page=" . $i . "\">" . $i . "</a>";

you just need one & symbol, not two

oh and you also need to tell it what variable the other one is - so a link would look like this;

<a href="file.php?variable1=foo&variable2=bar">Link</a>
