removing apache

Hi,
how can I remove apache server completely ~ including the service path and the folders
I removed the folder Apache group after removing the software... then I try to reinstall the APache I end up getting "Internal Error 23352" wat does that means ?

Do any1 has anything to reolsve my problem pleaseeee
I cant afford to reformat my pc just for this~~~ 😢

any1 please give me a solution asap~~

I take it you uninstalled it, not just erased it, right?

yup I uninstall the software and then delete the folder
