Finding PHP Technical Authors

Hi,

I'm preparing to launch a content site for Web developers. It will provide information about a variety of issues, with the chief programming focus being on PHP (and MySQL, in certain aspects).

I've written much of the content myself, but I'm looking for contributors who are willing to write articles about any number of PHP-related topics (in exchange for a byline and site link).

Does anybody know where I might be able to obtain techinical authors willing to write for promotion (and pay, if necessary)?
