How to stop pages from caching ?

Could someone tell me how to stop a page from caching in someones browser.

My new site has a block down the right hand side which has a picture of a babe in it, if you click the link below the thumbnail
it takes you to a page with the full sized pic, I don't want the full sized pic page cached I want the users browser to load it everytime.

I know their is a way in PHP, could someone please explain how ?

Search the web for "no cache webpage" or something like that. There are meta tags (and therefore HTTP headers) that can allow you to specify the expiry date, and the cache controls...but I don't remember them right now 🙂
