Serious Problems help!

Ok, My first question is where can i find a tutorial on how to make a news subscriber for my site where someone put their email in and it sends me it so i can send everyone news updates on my site?

My other question is this seems a little harder, I'm trying to make something in php where all my images and links can change every week or 24hrs by its self is it possible to do that in php because i hate updating my site

if this is possible id appreciate it a lot from all you guys

i don't know if there's a tutorial or a howto for a newsletter-app. but i could provide some hints how you could do it (if that's enough for you g).

the answer to your 2nd question could be a crontab job (at least on a unix system). if you use PHP < 4.3 you have to trigger a PHP script by the lynx-browser. if you have PHP > 4.3 it should be possible to trigger a PHP script by command line.
