Launching URL

Everyone.. I have a problem that I can't seem to find solution for.. HELP!!! please 🙂

Ok here it is. I don't want to use frames, but I want to lunch a cgi page imbedded inside a PHP includes files (so that it is the same look and feel).

Is there any way to do that? I can't use header option because I have includes files that lunch header/footer of a page.

You might want Server Side Includes (SSI). Many servers have these, so you might want to check if you have them installed.
They work like this: <!--#command-->, and they basically include() it, but since you're using CGI rather than PHP, you'll have to use SSI or something similar.
