RedHat?Mandrake?

I am a beginner to Linux, but I wanted to run my own server,k well at least try, since my connection is not fast enough. I know mandrake had the graphical interface, but can you run Apache, Mysql, PHP, PostFix, WU FTPD, and DNS on it? Do they have the graphical units that will help me (beginner, newb) get all those services up and running easily? Now I know RedHat is the choice for linux for all professionals, but I dont think ill understand all the Konsole commands. So which one shall I choose?

RedHat doesn't have graphic interface??? or you mean the program interface? Check this out,

If you wanna run a server on Linux, gotta know console commands, or pick Windows 2000, or wait for Windows server 2003 which coming pretty soon.
