) action i try this code:

but it's not working, how to make it working ?

try this:
note: not really sure about the ?blah part though in your example.

i'm assuming url is like so:
file.php?blah=&action=action1

<?php 
if ($_REQUEST['blah']=="" && $_REQUEST['action']=="action1") { 
   //what ever 
} 
else {
  // smth else
} 
?>

In your example...

$_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'] will equal:
blah=&action=action1

And $_REQUEST['action'] will equal:
action1

Not sure if thats what you wanted or... also == is the comparison equals, in your example you actually set $QUERY_STRING equal to "blah" instead of comparing it to "blah"...
