Web designer needs PHP input

I am completely clueless when it comes to PHP, I am a visual kinda person, so that's why I have come to the pros with my question 🙂

I have a client that is wanting an online project management system created for his company that is very similar to this company's - DevCycle -

I am not necessarily looking for a price, but I am more interested in an estimated timeline to complete a project of this size. I am not sure if I am looking at 3 months, 6 months, or more. So any input would be greatly appreciated.

Depends how much time is spent coding the app 🙂

My company was looking for a similar solution for tracking pharmaceutical sales representatives. We a re running a modified version of PHProjekt with custom designed PalmSync software integrated. Works Great.
