Concat in SQL server

Hi All,
How do i concat name which is varchar(2000) datatype with age which is decimal type in mssql?

i tried using this:

name CONCAT ' : ' CONCAT age
but it says error:

Incorrect syntax near ':'

how do i solve this?

i want the output to be like this "test : 25"

CONCAT(str1,str2,...)
