Hey im not very good with PHP and im wanting these scripts really bad. If anyone would like to help me with this, i need your help. I cant pay but if you help me I can advertise your website on there for free. It will get lots of traffic. Im sure of that, just of the type of site it will be.

I want people to register and submit their link in the registration. The website will reload every 5 minutes poping up a members link. People must login and leave the site open and the longer they leave the page open the more links they have popup. The more links they open the more of a chance theyre link will popup for other members. This basically is a way to generate hits to websites..

That should be fairly simple to do. You'll obviously need a database to keep the URLs in. You'll need JavaScript to popup the windows, I'm sure you can find one easily that opens them on a timer. If not, you'll need to look up settimeout and window.open.

The javascript will then open a window that goes to a script like this: A connection is made to the server telling it that the user visited the link page, and thus ups the chance that that user's will be chosen.
The weighted average will be easy. Take the ammount of each person's visits, then calculate all of them added. Each person's is then divided by the total ammount to get a percentage. The percentage is then multiplied by 100 to get a percent of that person's visits. The script will then make a query based on this information.
