mail() function and macs

I have a script to sign folks up for school news via email. I have been told that it doesn't work from a mac. Any ideas? Here's the script:

What exactly doesn't work on a Mac? The web page doesn't appear? The form doesn't submit? The e-mail isn't received? What? Have you debugged? What do you think the problem is? What's your conclusion?

I don't know what's going on. I had one guy that uses a mac tell me that he couldn't sign up. I don't have access to a mac at home. The school doesn't have any. I could check it at work, but, I prefer not to use their resourses for my home project.

It's been a few weeks since this guy told me he was having a problem, but if memory serves, he didn't get an email confirmation back. He was pretty vague and not very computer literate, but this form is pretty easy to fill out and submit.

To answer your other questions, I tested it pretty throughly in the PC environment before releasing it.

99.99% of those using this form are not having any trouble. I think I'm going to add a note saying that "If you're using a mac and cannot sign up to send me an email telling me exactly what happened and in what order."
