Help Me Find A Host!

I am really frustrated at FeaturePrice.com ... they suck in my opinion. I was hosted with them for a few months (an alternative to ciwebhosting.com) ... and then FeaturePrice started to get screwy .. so I switched back to ciwebhosting.com ... well (forgetting why I left) ... now Brokenformula.com is without a good server. Can someone help me? I need basically two things. PHP and MySQL support (yeah gods perfect creation eh?). I know its not much to ask eh? Well...we are using a private server for E-Mail and we already have a testing facility server set up ... NOW ... we need our baby to be set up and ready to roll. Now who do you guys subscribe? I have like $10 or less a month for a server because FeaturePrice and Ciwebhosting fked us over. If you guys have noticed that brokenformula.com has been offline for a while. Please let me know! Thank you!

web host it packages from 7.95 / month
i power web packages from $8 per month
2m host packages start from $2 a month
1 fast host about $9 a month
