Is possible to pre-fill user name in .htaccess authorization window?

I send the login info now like this
http://login:[e-mail]/files/file.xls
When is filled wrong password, the server pre-fill the user name with login I sent and ask once again for right password.
But is there regular way, how to set, that the user name will be everytime pre-filled with given name?

Do you want the username to always have the same name? Then just do that on the form (value="JoeBlow"). If you are talking about remembering a user from the last time they logged in, then use sessions or cookies.
