Hey im wanting to make something thats a little too complex for me to handle I would like some help making it. I cant pay anyone but i will advertise on the website. I know it will get tons of traffic due to the nature of the site.
Im wanting to make a website where someone registers a user name, password, and link to their website. Well, once they login they must sit there at the site, or minimize it and every 5 minutes a users website will popup, the more that a user views, more links that his/her link will be viewed.
