Hi,
I am running PHP 4.1.1 for testing on my windows desktop,
Have installed it through a package called FoxServ, (apache,php,mysql).

But I want to upgrade to a newer PHP versjon,

On the download page at PHP.net

I see there are two packages,

PHP 4.3.1 zip package and PHP 4.3.1 installer

which one should I choose?

First you are most likely going to have to uninstall the Foxserv stuff, most of those all in one packages integrate everything to the point of being an annoyance if you don't like their setup. You can choose either PHP the only major difference between 4.3.1 and 4.3.2 is a fix for the cgi version, but if you run it as an Apache module either will work fine.
