Help With Dates

Yo. I'm wondering if anyone knows a scipt so i can query dates in a specific way.

Example. A menu that lets me see dates 1 day old, 1 month old, 1 year old, etc from the date they search. Like today is 3.25.03 so dates a week old would be 3.18.03.
