php content flashes then goes to page unavailable

Hi sorry to bother you with my problem, but I can't solve it. When I try to view a php page the content flashes very quickly and then it jumps to the can't find page message. If I then press back the php content stays on the screen for a longer fraction of a second.
Thanks ahead of time for any help you can give me.

No, really. It works great on my end. 🙂

I know that probably doesn't help you. Is this a new install? What OS are you running and what webserver is installed?

It might be located to your personal machine only. If you're networked, try checking from another machine on that network.

Actually, another issue might be that pesky space in your webroot name:

C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs/index1.php

In other words, it might not like "Apache Group"; you could change this to Apache, but of course you'd have to change where your webserver points to in php.ini config file.

Maybe someone with more experience can better answer this part; it's just an idea.

i can see the page initially and i don't get a 404, but it refreshes every second and reloads the page, you have something crazy going on there

I don't get ANY refresh or reload at all like that. I'm using IE 6.0 on PC.

Just the Cannot find server page for me. No phpinfo or anything. IE 5.5 on PC.

The path is now C:\Program Files\ApacheGroup\Apache2\htdocs
but the problem still exists.

Can you move it out of 'Program Files' and into C: root perhaps? You've also got to consider 'Program Files' is 2 words.
