redirect .eml (MIME : message/rfc822)　read using outlook?

In email environemnt, how can i redirect the user read the full body of .eml attachment, in sort of outlook and other offline email client application?

Let me see if I understand:

When someone opens thier email from thier email client,
Once they have read the entire email, you want to redirect to a webpage elsewhere?

I gues my question to you is, how will you know when they have read the entire email? What if they are really slow readers?
Will this email have telepathy?

Hi JDcrack,

What i mean is on the other way.

For example, i received an email, with an .eml attachment , at my web based mail client. In order to let the receiver click and read the attached .eml Email (like you received an attachemnt of .eml at your outlook), how can i do like open &@view it from offline email client? or display the full details of the attached .eml Email from my web mail client(in raw message)?

I think I understand what you are saying...
You would like to open the .eml file to view
in your web-based email client,

To open and view any sort of file .txt .eml etc, in PHP
You can use these functions:
fopen()
fread()

These functions will allow you to open a file into a variable.

Since the attachment is along with the Email and save into db, so I think i can't do fopen/fred here.

What I looking here is, how can i display the .eml file, exactly like how outlook work, show the image, original format, in web based enviroment. Any exmaple to decode or show the message??
