How to get the value of Complete url onto the next page.

I am trying to write a script which sends the url to a friend.

Please help this is urgent!!!!

I have gone through the mannual. but i could not find this answer.

I have javascript opening my php file in a new window.

Now this window is not getting the value for

@HTTP_REFERER

If i open in the same window I get the values but the new window does not get these values.

try:

$_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']

and sounds like modifications to the js need to be made as well.
