We've got a client that is selling large items that could need to be shipped in ways other than UPS/USPS. The two companies they want to interface with in realtime are Conway and Roadway.
Both of these companies have APIs based on XML, which I've never used. I'm more than willing to learn it, and in fact I've held off using it due to lack of a real project that needed it 🙂. Our problem is likely going to be time, as in not having a bunch to spend on learning curves...
So, just wondering if anyone knew of any code or products short of an entire cart that we could plug in and use. Conway actually provided some sample php code, I'm not able to test it yet due to not having curl() installed on our ISP yet (we need to be able to fire off an xml request in the background), but it looks pretty straightforward. I'm more concerned with Roadway, it looks at first glance to be a bit tricky. It doesn't help that my knowledge of shipping in general is mighty thin!
