Can't remove double quotes from a record

Hello. I am able to create dynamic files, such as .csv, through mysql data

however, there are sometimes double quotes around words in one of the records, and it always causes bad output

I have tried stripslashes and replace, and can never remove both quotes

What is a proven way to remove " and " from a word in a recordset?

Now all my csv values have no double quotes

It's a nightmare

I don't now if it can be done. Should I post the code?
