Error msg is:

Parse error: parse error in /home/time/public_html/index.php on line 31

Original

<option value='China' <?if($ch1=="China") {echo selected; time1=7;}?> >China</option>

Modified

<option value="China"<? if($ch1 == "China") { echo " selected"; $time1="7"; } ?>>China</option>

Missing a $ before time1=7 😉 Also cleaned the rest up a little bit.
