Some Cache / Some not

Greetings... I have an image that's being cached that I can't have cached. However, I want most of the other images on the page to be able to be cached. How can I force the one image not to be cached, but still allow the others to be?

BTW... this is a "dynamic" image, per say. Each user has their own separate image...

I'm not sure if you can do this (on just one image) unless you use .htaccess. I found this after some searching:

That is really the hard way to go about it scratch.
Put your graphic or where ever the graphic is being pulled from, in a single directory. Then set the headers in that directory via an .htaccess file:

Header add cache-Control "max-age=0"
Header add Pragma "no-cache"

That will cause everything in that directory to reload on each browser view.

Wow... what you posted I didn't really understand, however, the LAST post on that page of that link you posted, DOES work:

You shouldn't have to change the file name. You just have to change the browser's perception of the file name. Add a question mark to the end of the file name, followed by a string of random numbers (current time will do fine). It will look like filename.jpg?012345. The server will ignore the passed parameter, but the browser will consider each instance as a unique file name. This is a very old trick to force pages to bypass the cache, but should work equally well with images.

Also, it was really odd. I couldn't link directly from the phpbuilder site. It was asking me for a user name and password and stuff. Wouldn't let me sign up, either, as they don't allow free email account people to register (how lame is that, I don't have a pay account). So instead I searched for the link on google, then went there from there.
