I am running a RH8 server with MySQL .
Actually I have one domain that makes about 50.000 page views per day, and each one of this page is dynamically made by taking data from mysql db.
The problem now is that server free resources are often near to 0% :-( (P3 1000 - 256 M😎 . I think I should investigate if I can make better or less queryes, but the reason I am writing is about a problem :
if I type:
mysqladmin process -pmypassword
I got the list of queryes in progress and I always see one sleeping query (the first) with Hight iddle time.
I think this is a problem also because it is wasting resources... which could be the reason of this not stopping query ?
I have restarted mysql service a couple of minutes ago and now I get:

as you can see the firs row has a "sleeping" query but it should not be there...
How can I investigate the problem ?
