If you want my opinion, you should try and write your own. I had to deal with this at work a couple weeks ago. There just honest aren't any good server side form validation scripts that you can easily incorporate into your web site.
Some advice: just go thru each form field, and run a series of tests on it with regex's, ctypes, etc... TAkes some time, but its not that much.
