array problem

i have a array problem...
i use a Order ID to seach out a lot of product.. display it in a table..
such as

product ID Product <select> <button>
product ID Product <select> <button>

the select option have 3 method for display different thing. when press the button, form will base on what u select then goto that page.
The problem is how to know that button is belong that product ID and also that select option ???

Use a hidden field (i.e. <input type="hidden">) to store the ID of the product within the form.

i will use hidden, but the problem is how to assign a name to button and select option b'cos the record more than 1. maybe i can use number $num+1 for each button and select. But the problem is how to know that the button and select are same record ?

You could put each row in its own form.
