Php alone?

Does your company use php as the defacto web scripting language?

For now, it's only PHP and mysql.... but I think in the future, I'll try to create more projects using other languages... just for experience. 🙂

I miss an option :
- PHP and other serverside language (Perl,ASP,ColdFusion)

Our company runs both PHP and Perl CGI scripts.
Sometimes I can't go without Perl because of the regexes and the many libs...

I'm with Cyclops here. We use PHP for all web interfaces and a few back-end uses, but PERL is still our choice for cron jobs and command line.

of 4 or 5 sites, cold fusion is used on one site, only because it was done that way years ago and never migrated. Basically, it ain't broke, so they don't want to fix it.

PHP's great for serverside but you'll never totally get away from the need for a little client side work so javascript will always be there. it only gets, say, 1% of my time tho'
