part of php source that read .php script

Can anybody show me which part of php source is reading php script. I need to compile php from source on windows and I want to add my function.
I cant find function which read .php file before parsing it when it is requested by browser. Something like fopen...

I dunno what your asking, do you mean your web server (apache) doesn't read .php files?

you need to configure your apache httpd.conf file. If you're using windows try the simple option and download IBserver or something, it sets all this for you.
