PHP 4.3.1 - trying to install XML-RPC by enabling extension in the php.ini... when restarting the Apache, it gives error stating module not found.
the path returned by the error is correct, and php_xmlrpc.dll does exist in the /extensions folder of /php folder.
any ideas why its not working? even though the .dll file is there!
