including strange urls

Does anyone know how to grab the following page and include it into another page. I tried include and curl but neither one likes this url.

Actually I think I just figured out what the problem is. That server uses some wierd javascript programming that keeps me from grabbing their page. In anycase after a little tweaking I got an error message that says :

The requested URL /products/template.htm was not found on this server.

Their javascript is trying to pull to that page and can't find it.
