im integrating pafiledb into my site and so far so good apart from when i click the file to download it i get this error

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/virtual/site88/fst/var/www/html/index.php:5) in /home/virtual/site88/fst/var/www/html/Includes/download.php on line 15

line 5 on index.php is just below <head>

line 15 on download.php is header("Location: $file[file_dlurl]");

can i fix it?

i have the download manager (pafiledb) included in the index.php e.g ?x=downloads and it includes the download index.php

can i fix this header thing?

Put ob_start(); at the top of the page.
Before any output.
This will buffer the page before displaying it, and send all the headers you specify to the top of the document before sending it to the client.
