Yes, it is absolutely true.

Don't be put off by the fact that this came out on April 1st. Or that the story about PHP being bundled in Windows hasn't made it to any of the tech news sites. Also dismiss the lack of a mention on php.net. This is obviously an oversight. it's 100% true. And MS handed over the source code to IIS to a bunch of Germans. Makes perfect sense when you think about it. And you broke the story!!! Two thumbs up.

I also hear MySQL will be replacing SQL Server soon. You heard it here first.

and appearently Linux has decided to join up with MS as well, to build the first open-source windows.

I must admit. I run a W2K box with IIS. But what lured me to php was the fact it was open source, and like it or not, it's not "incorporated". I just hope that, if the news is true, php remains to be what it is, and not "another" MS add-on.
