Can't view subdir after I changed to PHP

On my site, garet-carrot.net, I used the php include() function to include headers and footers for my pages. Now, I'm hosting my friend's website in my account in a folder as http://garet-carrot.net/pod/ and she can't view her site, which is written in .html files. This happened right after I converted to PHP. Is there a reason this happened or a way to remedy it? Thanks!!

seems alright to me - although all the links are php files...

the link that you've given above seems fine (although it has cjhanged since last night, and the background image looks really screwy when it's downloading and has just turned into a broken link on mine). But the page is there and i can see it:

Sorry for not warning you guys. The Pod site has been down because Maggie, who hosts it, converted her site to PHP. For some reason, that goofed up our site.
