Hey all I have dwnloaded the auction software from code library, for uploading images the readme asks me to set the /thumb permissions to 777im not familiar with permissions what does this mean? thx ---Aaron
it's chmod. use your ftp client to set the files attributes. to 7777. I believe taht is read, write, and execute for everyone.
right click on the file in your ftp client, and look for chmod or attribuites.
sorry, misread. Do that for the folder, not the file.
im now getting a (SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 681 is not allowed to access / owned by uid 0 ) ?????????
