please help with small script..

hello guys,
please should you help me with composing small php script which I need to do following...?

I need it to rename files on my server and maybe upload one file.

1) yesterday.php rename--> dby.php
2) today.php rename--> yesterday.php
- make this after pressing a button

3) upload new today.php (browse and upload after pressing a second button)

yes yes I was there already... but when I tried this rename syntax what is there, Ive got only errors. Perms was ok paths too... thats why Im asking for another example.

glitch in my file....agggr 🙂 so rename now works for me. But how to call this function by button pressing? Because I need to do these two renames at once and after some "Start" button will be pressed.
