I have downlowaded the PHPMYADMIN ver2.4.0,and wanna make
it work on my system,which is established with Win2000 professional,Apache2 and PHP4.
the same downloaded zippack is poplular with my friends,and it works great!Unfortunately,I just can't make it run!
Having edited the config.inc.php,i opened the index.php with my IE.
then there is nothing displayed except this:
