I have a large Excel file that I need to put in a CSV format with quotation marks (single or double) as the text qualifiers so that I can import it into a database.
I can save it as a CSV file in Excel, but there is no option to add the quotation marks- does any one know of a simple script that would allow me to automatically add quotation marks to an existing CSV or tab-delimited file?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
