Warning

Sometimes, not always, while trying to access a php page, i get this message:

Warning: Too many connections in /path/to/folder/Connections/conn.php on line 9. Too many connections

I have verified the file, and everything is ok.
Could you tell me what this warning reffers to, and what should i do for it should not appear again?

i think it means that there are too many connection to your mysql server.

check how many connections are allowed at the same time.
and if you're working with mysql_connect or mysql_pconnect.
if you're using pconnect, be sure to close your connection when you don't need it anymore.

there seem to be too many (= more than allowed by admin) database connections at the moment.

check the return value of your connect function (assuming you use mysql; similar with other databases):

$conn = @mysql_connect(...);

http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.mysql-connect.php says:
"Returns a MySQL link identifier on success, or FALSE on failure. "

so:

if(!$conn)
die("database not available ... try again later");

khaldryck - if you are using pconnect then it is not possible to explictly close the connection - the db will do that itself

Anyway
if using mysql_connect then make sure that you have mysql_close() at the bottom of the page

trooper : Ok, i never use pconnect anyway.

but it's not mandatory to mysql_close() when you use mysql_connect().

the connection is closed automatically at the end of the execution of the script.
