Voting System

On my site i let people upload their images they created and let others view them.

on the page where they view the image and the info i want to create a voting system where people can vote on the images.

what i was thinking of doing was using a poll saying:

"Rate This Image" and choices of 1 to 5. 5 being good and 1 being rubbish

and putting the results on the same page in a bar graph or something

does this make sense??

complete coding of very detailed help would be apreciated
